Carnage9: I tried sanding the connection points for the lights ground wires. Didn't work. It was just a plug in no splicing or extra wiring needed.

Socom: 1st congrats on Nov rotm. Voted for ya. Sweet ride.
Stock wire plugs into ballast then connections to hid bulb

So this is what happened today.
I pulled the wiper fuse out and turned on the lights. No noise.
Fuse back in turned on lights and yup noise again.

It was raining today and while the wipers were on no noise at all. The minute I turned the wipers off noise.

Camaro 69: said I should try running ground for lights directly to neg on battery; I assume I disconnect from frame first?

The ground from the hids not the wipers. Did it do it with regular bulbs?

I'm thinking he meant an additional ground!

Does not happen with regular bulbs.
Grounds are stock, there is one by each light. I know they are for lights b/c when I started removing light began to dim then went out when ground was disconnected.

Yes, I meant an additional ground wire as a test. Then if the noise and acting up wipers goes away, you know your existing factory ground in the plug isn't working well. Take it from there whether you want to find why your ground isn't solid, or run a new separate one.

Do you have stock headlights? sounds like ****ty wiring. The wiring for the bulb should not be visible under the hood.

Ok, so first I wanna thank everyone for giving me their thoughts. I went back to where I picked up the HIDs and they couldn't believe what I was saying at first.
Turns out one of the ballasts were bad so they actually just gave me two new ballasts
Nice HIDs and no noise or feedback to wipers
