Unhappy No Spark After Engine Overhaul

The car cranks, it is getting fuel, but it is not getting any spark on any of the coils. I was sure I hooked everything up correctly, it has been a few months though since I took it out. What all would cause the no spark condition and where is the location of said causes?

cam sensor, igniton fuse or something is not plugged in, come to mind. do you have power to the coils when the key is on.

Which engine? The 3.4L, 3.8L and the LS1 all have DLI and spark is initiated from the CKS. On the LS1 the CKS is behind the starter. The 3.8L the CKS is on the front cover diver's side and behind the harmonic balancer. Not sure on the 3.4L but I think it is on the timing cover as well.

If you have a 3.8L did you use the balancer that came off your engine? There is a stamped steel reluctor ring that gives the engine cyl 1 refrence and RPM, these are critical for proper ignition timing.
