The government enabled GM to "cook the books" -- where their tax debt was made to disappear, putting generations of Americans further in debt as slaves ($14.28 Trillion+ U.S. National Debt Clock : Real Time )

Judge Andrew Napolitano spelled it out on his Freedom Watch show 3-18-11. GM was allowed to use $45 Billion in pre-bankruptcy losses to offset its post-bankruptcy income, which is unheard of in modern times. The Treasury owns 79% of GM, and they created the false impression that GM was profitable. Repaid their debts? Not even close!

The loans were repaid not with GM earnings (in fact, SEC filings show GM expected to have negative net cash flows in the fourth quarter of 2009) but rather from GM tapping into a multi-billion-dollar TARP-funded escrow account (read as spent with IOUs to We The People!).

Ya, I have seen it. I like the styling of the 2012 zl1 better than the SLP personally, plus the 80k is a little further out of my range. :P

The government doesn't require that any big corporation pay any taxes because those big corporations threaten to move their operations out of the US taking job opportunities with them. GM is no different. Of course GM is not repaying its debt in 2009, the company was still strongly affected by the recession. Expecting a company to repay its debt in two years is unheard of. According to GM's recent statement of cash flows, GM's cash generated from operations was $6 billion for 2010, which was a huge improvement. GM has repaid a whopping $11 billion of its short-term debt in 2010. They're obviously headed in the right direction. If you're an American that is pissed at how GM took your tax money, then I suggest that you invest in GM stock. Their stock price is growing and they're paying dividends to their investors.

B4C was a trim for police and law enforcement

"The Chevrolet Camaro B4C is a Chevrolet Camaro equipped with a "Special Service" police package, also known as B4C Special Equipment Options code. The package was offered on the Camaro between 1991 and 2002.

The B4C package has heavier-duty features over a standard Camaro as well as some options specific to the installation of police equipment. The Chevrolet Camaro B4C option has been available since 1991 when it was introduced. The 1992 version of the Camaro B4C (Special Service Package) got the addition of 1LE brakes and suspension, making it the best performing third generation Camaro available with air conditioning.

The B4C option was also deemed popular enough to be carried on to the fourth generation model. Heavy duty features include oversized front and rear sway bars, high-output alternator, larger (in years after 1991) four-wheel disc brakes, separate engine, power steering, and transmission oil coolers, and certified 145 mph (233 km/h) speedometer. Most of the heavier duty option parts come from a combination of parts from both the regular Z28 and the racing and handling package of the special 1LE option list."
