hello ya, i name is daniel aka ctboy. i live in the central texas area in temple,tx. i just got myself a 93 z28 with a lt1 v8 witha automation tranny(sorry). and looking forward to make some good power out of the car.

before i started. i am into imports car. and was riding til i got in trouble with the law. i use to have a 95 eclipes that was all motor. but i had to sell it and got myself a no good car.....cavalier!!![:@]

but now i got rid of it and got myself a chevy. i loving the v8 more better.

what i am looking forward to upgrade my car with headers,exhault,throttlebody, a new strut bar, and maybe a nos kit.(also swap out the auto with a 6 spd) i don't know what kinda power bar i wanna to start set for this car. i wanna to make this car a daily driver but also drap strip racer at the tracks!

do they make strut bars for our cars? i always wanted one but could never find one. if u want a drag car, you could keep the auto. haha, my friend has a 97 Turbo eclipse, i beat with my 3.8 camaro. good choice going to American Muscle!.

yeah, this dude was tell me that if i just keep in my auto. but if i do, do i have to change out the converter!

The stock auto in a '93 is ok for drag racing, although you would want to get a shift kit since you can't electronically edit the shift points/speeds in the '93. You should go for exhaust and a cold air intake, then go for some headers/Y-pipe. You don't need to worry about the throttle body until you're making over 400 hp, the stock one flows fine for anything under that. You could think about a new MAF housing that removes the screne and opens up the diameter of the MAF a bit. That should be enough to take a good amount of your money at this piont in time[8D]
