In need of someone who knows about 02 front ends
Im in need of someone who can tell me about 02 3.8 grills.. I have this foam that looks to me as if it's pricing wind resistance on my vehicle.. I can see it through my grill.. I always thought that it was supposed to be nothing blocking air from going to the engine from the front.. If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it that knows what the front end is supposed to look like on these cars.. I'm gonna need to have an email for me to send a pic to since I'm not having any luck finding a pics on the net

That's what I thought, looks like its packaging that wasn't takin off when the new bumper was put on.. I always thought that with any car you were always supposed to be able to see through the grill.. You think it's making my at work harder by restricting air flow? Especially on the highway?

Speedfreak, where are you from? Years ago, during the big grill days (and sub zero winters), we would cover part or all of the front of the radiator during the winter, otherwise the engine would never warm up. If you're in a cold winter area, perhaps the previous owner was having those kind of issues.
