Default Need some sticky street tires

I'm gonna be getting rid of my all season tires they do nothing but spin and my car slides back and forth when I launch it. I was looking into the Nitto NT05 Tires but they are EXPENSIVE ! I only want two tires for the back. For two of them it would of costed me 551 shipped. I need a tire that will limit wheel spin when I launch it. Any other good brands at a better deal? The size i'm looking for is 275/35R18 Links would be nice to

I wouldn't recommend mixing performance tires on the rear and A/S up front. I run Goodyear F1's. Somedays, it feels like I'm on rails. Expensive, yes. I have traction control, so I cannot comment on taking off with them. When I hit about 40 I disable it. If you leave it on when it spins on the upshift, you about get whiplash from it cutting power...and the race is lost.
