Default Need help troubleshooting a noise

I have a 94 v6. When I'm idling with the car in drive like at a red light there is a godawful grinding noise coming from somewhere under the car. Can't quite figure out where it's coming from. It gets worse when I accelerate and seems to go away when I've gotten faster than about 10mph. Anyone have any ideas?

I got nothing... with the car not moving grinding would be engine internal...
