Question Need help identifying hose from radiator to back of engine

Hi all, I've got leaking hose that comes out of the radiator and goes up and over the top of the engine on the passenger side, changes into a metal line and goes on toward the rear of the engine.
Would this be the engine coolant bypass line? I have a couple of pictures. It is spraying in the rubber part of the hose right where it goes into the metal part. If so, I see this has been discontinued?
What would be the way to fix this problem? May try to wrap another piece of hose around it and put a clamp on it until I can figure out what to do otherwise.

My car is a 93 Z28 LT1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Tim

Where the hose is leaking, on top of the engine where the rubber and metal come together.

New hose and a clamp. There's low pressure on the hose so a single clamp will hold her fine.

Exactly what I needed! This item is the hose that runs between the hard line on the coolant crossover, steam bypass, system that connects the two heads on an earlier LT1 GM engine. This is the hose that runs between that hard line and the radiator (in my case it's a 1994 Firebird.) if you still have the original hose you're replacing? That hose is held on with a crimped piece of aluminum that must be cut off. Avoid the temptation to pull at it. You'll run the risk of damaging the hard line. Cut it with a Dremel or die grinder and cut off wheel, peel the crimped band out of the way and install this new hose. I ended up buying this because the new crossover I purchased off eBay was new old stock (22yrs old) and the 1993 dated rubber although unused was very soft and not worth risking. This hose is an exact match and came with the expandable nylon chaff guard tubing. The hose I received is made in USA. Hope this helps some else confirm its the right hose.

Thank you guys for all your help!
