Default need help

as all of u know i have just put a new clutch well i been driving it and i thought it was just breaking in the clutch well im haveing a hard time going into everygear and grinds going into reverse with clutch to the floor. well i have a new master and slave cyl when i did the clutch. anybody got any idea why it so hard

woh,, you sorta slipped through somehow. did you get it figured out? might try pumping the heck outa the clutch and see if you have some air in there somewhere. the fork could be jamming or bent, clutch plate could be sticking on the shaft. did you change the pressure plate with the clutch plate?

new fork pressure plate and everything. i bench bleed the whole system any other ideas
