Default In need of help.

Hey guys I drive a 96 camaro RS (3.8L) and recently i've been having some trouble with my car. It goes from running great to running really crappy. If i step into it, it sounds like the engine is working hard but the car is going very slow. The service engine soon light came on and the codes were: Multiple random cylinder mis-fire and sylenoid b performance or off. (something along those lines). If anyone has any idea what could be wrong i would appriciate the input.

Plug wires, Coil(s), fuel injector(s), Plugged Cat, Blow head gasket, bent valve, Failed Cam sensor, Crank sensor, Bad MAF sensor, failing fuel pump, failing pressure regulator, Streched timing chain, worn cam. I am sure I can come up with some more.

My point is there is no where near enough information for someone who knows how to fix these cars to come up with an informed answer. If I do not put a answer like that then someone is bound to to reply who knows very little. It would go something like. "That exact thing happened to me and it was my cam sensor." Then this guy will go out and buy a cam sensor. Then he will post that didn't fix it, Someone else will post I had the same thing and it was the MAF sensor. He goes out and buys a MAF sensor, guess what its still broke. By posting the list like I did I showed how many things it could be so if someone does post something like this he will know it can not be for sure.

What did you add to the thread?

Not the smartest thing to be calling Gorn a **** when you only have 1 post and he has almost 2,900 and has tons of experience and helps tons of people on here. Where's rdot when you need him to call somebody a noob?

Rant done

Codes would help or like gorn said there is alot that can go wrong to produce your symptoms. The solenoid problem sounds like a trans issue but which solenoid is it there are 3 or 4 of them in the tranny. WE NEED CODES!!! WE LOVE CODES!! Ok that may have been excessive.
