I have a 1994 Camaro z28 convertible with 17 inch wheels (see pic)
Now i want to buy new wheels for my friend but i need some advice
I have found great weels i want (i think) but i need advice

i want to buy 20x8,5 inch wheels (see pic)but are they not to big for my car and do they fit ? , what is the largest tire i can put on this wheel for example 275x30x20

I can also buy these wheels in 18x7,5 inch , what is the largest tire i can put on these wheels ?

hey guys, i havent been on here since about september

but now im also looking to buy some new rims and tires for my camaro

and i have the same question

im looking to put some 19x10's on the back and 18x8's on the front
would this work? or would they be too big?
and what size tires would i have to get?

 

Gentlemen...you can mount 9.5" wide wheels all around with no problems while running a 275 tire. In the rear (if you're made out of money) you can run up to an 11" wheel wrapped in a 315 with little to no rubbing (it varies on some cars). I personally think that anything bigger than an 18" or 19" wheel looks kinda dumb, especially because 20's are probably going to start raising the ride height, but to each their own I suppose...
