Default My Camaro z28

I was wondering if I got a decent deal on this 1998 camaro z28 I bought this past weekend.

Real clean original Texas car with a lot of performance and handling upgrades have been recently done to this Camero Z-28 with a LS-1 motor. Modifications include:
QA1 adjustable shocks and springs, 4:10 gear, Mosier rear end girdle-cover, BMR pan hard bar, adjustable sway bars, subframe connectors, drive shaft hoop, New polyurethane mounts, Hedman long tube headers, with H pipe, hooker mufflers, UMI carbon intake, New plugs and wires, EGR delete, drilled and slotted rotors all the way around, new pads, new BFG front tires, new Nitto drag radials, SS rims, cowl hood, clear marker lights, 57k on car, guy thought it might also have some mild cam, stall, and shift kit, but cannot confirm.

What do you think I should have paid for it. Seems like most of the parts are fairly new to the car.

Market is tuff to predict on modified cars. It sure is tuff to get your money back out of them. I know where there is 98 LS-383/6-speed. He has not had a reasonable offer yet. Most of the offers he has had are for trade. It has been for sale for almost a full year.

Red 1998 Z/28 Camaro FS/FT

I can not remember what it was but I was warned to avoid the 98s when looking for an LS1

$6000.00 7k at most ,couse the seller does not get payed for upgrades ,if under you got a great deal I seen a bunch of the black ones for sale last fall CL ,with 50.000 miles average 4 to 6 k ,seen one ss was red 78.000 miles was $4800,00,yup guys don't want to pay for upgrades most not all ,some guys would pay bit extra if they know the car ,most guys want stock totally ,an the ss cars are bringing the highest prices right now ,I seen one a 96 the guy had $60,000 in the car it had ls7 427 engine an like 600hp + all the goodies road worthy but track ready ,at the end of auction it sold for $18.000 it was sweet no doubt an probley only got that couse he could prove it had 2000 miles since most of the upgrades ,myself I am getting tired of turning my hard earned money over to others ,so the best a person can do with upgrades or mods is to keep it for a long time before then it owes nothing to them, then sell it ,but some of the best deals are ,someone who needs to pay the house morgage an light bills

When I posted this I was on way to buy, guy had car pretty low so I asked if he'd adjust ride height and ill be back this weekend. He had it for sale at 9900 got him down to 8k after a long while. The 57k miles is what gets me, in my region in indiana people are selling their ls1 z28s for 6k if it has 170k miles on it. Idk when I test drove it, my god was it a beast. I don't want to get hosed on this, I value others input especially since I have 5 more days.

auto knocks off another k or so. 6 speed is worth more by quite a bit.

I paid $5700 for a one owner, all original 2000 Z28 with 45k on it last summer. I got them down from their asking price of $6500 because there was some scratches a tear in the drivers seat and the muffler was sounding a bit off.

Course I had seats and didn't want the original exhaust anyway. Scratches I will get to, maybe. I commute 60 miles in my 2000 everyday so it will never be mint. That what the 67 is for
