Default Missed shift - stuck clutch

Hey guys,

This morning I had to show a Honda ricer what's up, and while doing so I missed my shift and heard a bang, next thing my clutch pedal was stuck to the floor.
I coasted for a few seconds as the clutch pedal slowly released and I was able to shift gears and drive again. Obviously getting back up to speed to show him who's boss.

Driving and shifting hard has had the clutch pedal feeling weird before, but it normally returns to normal in seconds, so I think nothing of it.

Just curious as to why this happens?
I did install a new clutch myself last year which seems to be holding up like a tank due to my crazy driving.

T.O.B is only a year old. Possible air bubble in the line?

Only happens one in a while when I shift hard through a few years, the clutch pedal seems to feel light and sticks half way in and slowly releases. Otherwise it drives fine.

If nobody knows, ill just worry about it if it becomes a problem.

Thanks

Could be a bad master or slave cylinder. The bang noise is a mystery though. What area did it sound like it was coming from?
