Default misfire issues

I changed the plugs and wire on my daughters 99 V6 Camaro this weekend. I took it for a test drive and it ran fine. She drove it yesterday to school and it was fine. However, last night when she was coming back from a volley ball game, it was very rough running both when driving and at idle. It feels like a major misfire issue. I am crawling back under it tonight and checking my plug connections. I think I may have put too much anti-seize and the plugs are fouling. Any recommendations?

??? The anti-seize should have been put sparingly on the threads only, just enough to coat them. Did you schmootz the stuff all over the plug or something?
Also check to make sure you don't have a plug wire resting on the exhaust manifold, melting, and now grounding out.

Not all over the plug but I did smooze it on the threads. I am betting it is the wire hitting the manifold. I am picking up a new set this afternoon along with some type of wire covers to protect them. Last night I did smell something funny

So I changed the plugs tonight (another new set) but not the wires. It started off fine but once the car warmed up, back to running very rough. It was not doing this before the initial change this weekend. Tomorrow, I am putting another set of new wires on, unless anyone has any recommendations. Thanks

The misfire could be purely coincidental. I wouldn't have messed with the plugs again though, unless you had cracked one when you installed them. Did the wires look OK? If none are burnt, I would think the problem is somewhere else, since the wires are new. But to rule out a possible leaker wire, try installing the old wires and see what happens. Are you getting a check engine light in the dash? What did the plugs look like when you just removed them? Were any of them black and sooty looking? Also look and see if maybe you knocked off a sensor wire while doing the plug & wire install.

Almost sounds like it could be an ignition control module problem.

The plugs actually looked fine when I took them out. I didn't keep the old wire though. As far as a sensor wire, where would that be at? Also, no check engine light is coming on in the dash.

This is really got me confused. It doesn't seem to be misfiring but after it warms up it does run rough both in idle and during driving.

Well after a bunch of busted knuckles and a lot of cussing, it turned out to be a faulty plug wire. GEEZ

Were those "Auto Zone Special" wires that you used?
And I'm sure the cussing helped a lot too, it usually does!!!

Bosch Premium Plugs we not too premium. Lesson learned. However, I can now do a complete plug and wire change in under an hour. Thanks to all for the help and info.
