That code meand that at one time or other all cylinders are misfiring.
1)Check common ignition parts that can affect spark to all cylinders, especially check the ignition module
2)Check for lean fuel mixture, check fuel pressure, check operation of pressure regulator, replace fuel filter
3) Check sensors that affect fuel mixture: O2, MAF, ECT
4) Check for clogged exhaust system.
