Default MAC Performance headers?

Are MAC headers and y pipe good? I like the price!

I'm looking for a good header and y pipe set up that will for sure work, install and fit nicely, with a little performance...

What year of car are we talking about here? I wouldn't recommend MAC.

Yeap, a year would help!

If you want cheap you got it with Mac products.

If you want a quality set of headers with a Y-pipe that will actually fit you might want to look at the Edelbrock TES or shorty headers. The shorty headers use the stock Y-pipe.

Well i've done some research... because i take everyone's advice here. I found a pair of pacesetter long tubes for a good price. With a custom y pipe. No cats. Is this something i can put together myself easily?

My car is a 98 z28. I should get some pictures for everyone to see sometime.

Any advice on an exhaust would be awesome. I don't want to spend a lot, but would like a full 3 inch exhaust that can aid in performance as well as that muscle car sound.

Thanks to everyone who replied...

I don't mean to make enemies, I just had an opinion. Which last I checked is ok in the USA..

Sorry I suck at spelling today
