hey just wondering what is better for my brothers car. he has a 98 WS6. to either keep the ws6 hood for the ram air or go with the slp cold air that mounts in front of ur radiator and goes up into the air box or maybe possibly even both? cuz i was reading the ram air is said to do nothing only at like 100mph+ and that the Slp cold air adds 7RWHP.

are you talking about the SLP FloPac? If so, i would just go with both.. Why get rid of the WS6 hood? its friggen sweet..

 

no kit is going to require a new hood. most guys go with just the slp lid. I have the whole flopac but if i had to do it again id just buy the lid and be done with it
