Trans am still looks better than both and is still fast since its an LS1.

 

I never like the way the Trans Am and Firebird rear tail lights look...

 

they look alot better than the front ends of the 98-02 camaros imo... lol.. the birds asses look better than the catfishes face.

 

i think the tails look awesome, but the spoiler/bumper profile is a little weird. look good straight on, but if you are looking at it from the side its a little off[&:]

 

IMO.... If you get the 95 LT1make sure to learn how to change the Opti-Crap yourself. If you can't wrench it, get the LS1

 

in all honesty having the opti replaced isnt that spendy.... at some places anyway, my mechanic works for 40 bucks an hour+parts

I agree the LS1 is a better motor over all. There are a lot of people who will say you can get the LT1 to perform about the same, but if you spend that money on the LS1 you will have a faster car in the end, no matter what you spend on them if you spend the same amount the LS1 is faster. Don't mind Spartan he has a problem letting things go(like how an LS1 IS a better engine) nothing against LT1's though. My brother had one in his caprice (I know it's different) and I used to think that thing hauled *** until I got my car.

 

Letting what go? I have no problem with the LS1 its a great engine.. i just dont like the way the 98-02 camaros look... catfish belong in the water and in my frying pan on a hot summer night... not my driveway..

 

well first off the ls1 is a better motor (comming from a man who has an lt1) and if money doesnt really matter go for the ls1, but if you on a tighter budged I would just buy the lt1 and mod it up, but thats just me personally
