im looking for a set of new, but preferibly used v8 tailpipes. the cheapest i have found are the dynomax crinkle bend, and they run about $35 each. if someone swapped out their exhaust, i would gladly buy your stock tail pipes. ive tried the local junkyard with no luck (just sixxers). ebay comes up with nothing. does anyone offer them cheaper, or could i have a muffler shop mandrel bend some pipe cheaper?

ahh,what a deal!!bad bet?so what kinda pipes?the two that come out on a stock v-8 4th gen or round pipes.including muffler?how much does he owe you?only reason i ask is cuz i do see 4th gen pipes on e-bay sometimes and on craigslist.and i do have an extra set of rectangular fourth gen pipes.

 

Lol, no bet, that's my bf, it's a belated x-mas gift. I want a Magnaflow muffler...other than that, I don't know what exactly he planned on getting. Just v8 stock dual pipes to come off the muffler.

 

cool.sometimes i see a whole setup on craigslist but usually with flowmaster.sometimes others.keep checking there and good luck.florida is a lil far from pa so wouldnt do much good to check here.

 

i wound up cutting the ones off my third gen (they were being scrapped anyways). i wanted something that had the factory hangers, but i think it will be cheaper to use what i have and use a set of clamp on hangers. now my next question is, is the factory v6 muffler inlet 2.5"?
