Yeah I will definately hire him if that's what it is. It will cost me a tow as well but still cheaper than what I've seen. My husband isn't very mechanically experienced and he would tell you this car means more to me than him lol.

Ok so oil needs changed anyway so I can get that out. Car hasn't been cranked since wed so oil would still have this "milky" look? Are we talking about color or consistency? I'll post pics if I can get him to do it today. With football on (him) and NASCAR (me) we pretty much are in front of tvs.

He said he would change it today. I did look under the oil cap and it looks normal.

You're looking for oil that looks like chocolate milk or has some brown to it. Pics though will help us verify this for you.

I'll try to post pics in a bit when I get on computer but it looks normal. It just looks like it was time to change it.

It's hard to get a good pic. We drained it into an alumium pan and with the sun glare it's a bit ridiculous.

its possible to have a blown headgasket without getting coolant into the oil, that just means you didnt blow it where an oil passage is.

So, so far the oil looks normal and no tail pipe smoke. Is there any other way to lose coolant if not gasket? It would have to be going somewhere I suppose. We'll go back out in a bit.
