Hey yall, so today my engine temp spiked and went back down, idk what it was. When i got home i opened the hood to see if anything was "out of the ordinary" and i found a quite big leak/stain spot around the PVC plate. Its right on top of the engine near where it says 3800 Series. What is this?

 

Does it look like an oil spot or a coolant spot or the neighbors cat?
