i make 10 a hour as a dish washer, and brought home 300 a week in summer, unfortunately, it's a morning job, but i still bring home 100 a week, just working SAT and SUN, and thats all after taxes..
It doesnt bother me that you want to get it to run 12s & sell it. But you should know you would probaly loose money. People never get the money they put into a car back when they sell it. And most people like to buy cars in stock form. That way they know there hasent been anywork anywere that could change somthing or mess it up. And even if you do manage to make profit it probly wouldnt be alot, not enough to make all the work worth it anyway.
Either way, best of luck.

If I would have used your reasoning, I could have sold my '02 Mustang GT for $35-40K... I bought it new, ended up replacing the engine twice, and had full bolt-ons. But, I didn't. Good luck though.
Seriously man get real...in my "neck of the woods" people don't want to see TIMESLIPS when they are going to buy a car. They want to find a car that someone hasnt tried to make as fast as possible, and usually as close to stock as possible.Anything you put into your car should be considered a total loss and should only be donebecause you love the car and want to improve something about it for your own satisfaction. You seem to honestly believe thevalue of your car increases with every tenth your E.T. decreases. If you want everyone hereto get excited for you about your "plan" it's not going to happen; we have all been through enough cars to know your reasoning is flawed. Unless you find some dumb redneck who is going to give you ten grand for a car because a kid got it to go fast in the quarter mile and threw in a cheap stereo...I'm not trying to just burst your bubble, but someone has to tell you to get real.
I hope that you sell your car to someone who will have better "automotive reasoning" than you.......just sell it, buy a Honda, and stop talking aboutitalready. And do yourself a favor andget rid of that picturein your sig...you look like atool, and that car doesn'twant you leaning on it.
Have fun on the Honda forums; maybe you can get your V-TEC to "run 12's" too!!
