Default lame exhaust

hey guys, i just bought a 2002 35th anniversary edition v6 and the exhaust is very disappointing . ive spent alot of time fixing up old classics but never had the oppertunity to put any kind of modified exhuast on a car . so i was wondering what you guys thought i should go with , i dont want it to sound like a 2 stroke evanrude like these kids have nowadays lol i want it to sound like a camaro should im looking at glasspacks right now and im confused because of the different sizes and such . any help would be appreciated

i also have to abide buy state and local laws about noise .....ohio is full of noise sensitive cry babies lol

I had flowmasters on mine, sounded awesome especially at low idle and when you're getting off the highway as it drops in RPMs


yes I know the video camera quality is blah

i was talking to a buddy of mine and he pretty much sold me on the flowmaster american thunder , which from what your video says is what you had. he also told me to get an offroad y pipe ,but i cant eliminate that cat converter due to ohio law....well i could but it wouldnt pass echeck and then im screwed lol

The American Thunder catback uses the 80 series crossflow, which is a POS to put it nicely. The 40/44/50 and 10 series are the only ones worth looking into.

I wouldnt run an ORY on a v6, it would sound terrible.
