"Kooks has done it again! Utilizing the finest air craft quality 304 grade stainless steel, Kooks has released their 3” True Dual Exhaust System for the 1998-2002 Chevy Camaro and Pontiac Firebirds. The system is completely 3” and breathes through an X-Pipe, Kooks Racing Polished Mufflers and Four- 4 Inch Polished Slash Cut Tips. This new Dual System is capable of handling over 1200 horsepower and when paired with Kooks Long-Tube Headers it is sure to be the best bolt-on you do, on your 4th generation F-Body! The dual exhaust comes either with high flow race cats or with off-road front pipes. The system is designed to clamp on the end of Kooks Long-tube headers. A BMR Driveshaft Safety Loop Part#DSL001 and a BMR Panhard Rod Relocation Kit Part# PHR004 are required when installing this system."

All that is actually a pretty good price imo; especially when its made to just bolt right up longtube headers. I don't think it will provide a big hp improvement, but it certianly sounds damn good

Hmm $1500 for an exhaust system is too steep a price for me.

For a good set of true duals? Having an exhaust shop custom fab 3" stainless steel pipes with mandrel bends would probably cost more than the Kooks. Not to mention you would have to buy bullet mufflers (and cats if you want) too.

meh, its ok. Like my custom 3" true dual set up better and it didnt cost like $1800

good company so will all fit nice but way expensive, i'd run open headers and a head and cam swap for same cash. the clearance under middle doesnt look too good either mine is snug up underneath and with no brace and still scraps so this would on a lowered car.

sounds like my kooks and corsa setup and corsa is way less costly. dont make if for the 93 anyways and i had one of them header tunnel braces on mine for a couple months. ground clearance sucked. hit on the small speed bumps.
