i have a 94 camaro when i got it i didnt get a remote so i thought mine didnt come with keyless entry . i just bought a 95 camaro for parts and it had the remote so what i want to find out is how to find out if my car has keyless entry if so how can i get a remote and if not would i be able to take it out of the parts camaro if so how

Need to post this into the 4th gen tech section man. But if you're car does have keyless entry, then find out how to add a remote (or sync a remote) and go through that procedure. If it works with the remote you got from your donor camaro, then you're set. And it should as long as both are working, and present of course.

 

look inside your glove box,should be a label telling all options that came with car.they are all coded and i am trying to look up the code for keyless entry.anyways,that label will tell you everything that was ordered with the car.like a build sheet.i have the dealer service manuals but forgot wich tells what.am looking

 

ok,look at that label on the glove box lid.if it has a AUO in it then car came equipped with remote entry. go to (shbox.com)and he tells you how to program it.simple task.but you will have to find a remote.at the dealership they are about $60 each.I have 3 for my car.can find them on e-bay(cheap) but be carefull what you buy!good luck and hope this was helpfull.
