Just sayin Hello
Hi all,
Just brought home a 2001 T-top coupe. V6/Auto,
Monterey Maroon Metallic Just past 100k miles.
This is my 2nd Camaro, first was a yellow 69 307 car with a 2 speed powerglide. Traded it for a 54 Belair.
So far I have found four things in need of repair. None of which seem major.
1) hatch struts - on order
2) passenger seat leather torn - ordered IGGEE seat covers for now
3) right fog light- bracket broken at top - welded a washer on that's fixed but also need to go order a connector for the bulb
4) shift plate cracked - Got one from pull a part yesterday
Found it at a Chevy Dealer and dang near got attacked by a kid wanting to buy it.
They had dropped their price from 6900 Z(silly price) to 3995. I called and was told 3 people were planning to come Saturday morning. I got there first and put a deposit in the guys hand. Another guy showed up 5 minutes later, Kid showed up after my test drive and started yelling he had driven over an hour to look at it.
