Installing new door weather stripping

Looking for some assistance, i need to change the worn leaking weather stripping on both doors, I have the replacements, but not sure how to do it.

Any help thanks

I replaced to seals around the door and I am still getting a leak on both windows. I don't get it. Any one have an idea?
