Ideas for better handling in back with subs and people
Maybe a tall order but having 150lbs of audio in the back and passengers and the car handles poorly. (figure 600lbs loaded) I've got factory SS coils with 180k on them, new Bilsteins and got adjustable LCA's and PH on the way as well as SLP jounce pads and Energy poly bumpstops coming in. I also get 85+ driveline vibes through the M6 shifter to bounce around a bit. I'm exploring the Global West TA along with BMR, different mounts etc. Possible some rear Moog's, around 300lb rates... Any one have input on handling carring this unsprung rear end weight?

A few options:
1. Get rid of the heavy stuff
2. Get some better shocks -- Koni SAs -- so you can adjust them.
3. Add an Air-Assist:
Strano Performance Parts - Part Details
Since you're not likely to do #1, do both #2 & 3, or do 3 after you see how well 2 helps you.
Are your springs sagging without the people or audio equipment? If not, they should be ok...
Poly bumpstops will make the bumpstop hit harder -- you are better off with OEM bumpstops for a more gradual transition. With non-SS bumpstops like the Z28 ones (yes they are harder rubber on the SS versions) I would remove the aluminum spacer -- I did, and it allows a bit more suspension travel.
You don't need adjustable LCAs -- you're not lowered, and same for adjustable PHB.
For the driveline vibration, check your U-Joints and Trans-mount, also engine mounts, replace any that are worn/torn/destroyed.
What are pafs?

Any weight carried by the springs is sprung weight, unsprung weight is weight that is not carried by the springs, such as wheels, tires, axles, brakes, and the springs themselves.

So consensus is adjustability rather than increasing spring rate it seems. Does anyone have a good link discussing the Global West vs. other TA's? I researched out and doesn't seem to be much I can find on the GW set up.

^ Look into a full length TA and a TA relocation bracket instead of tunnel mount TA's. The floorpan area at the tunnel mount is not meant for any kind of load like you'd see through a TA. If you opt for one, 3 pt SFC's are IMHO a *MUST* to take that load and spread it out.
This is what Strano recommends, give him a buzz, it's usually worthwhile. Check out UMI's TAs.

Don't be compulsive with part purchases -- do your research and ask tons of questions, and buy a good part first -- you'll save money since you're not buying twice and be happier from the start. That's how I do it...
