Thats what I did..I have my old LF tire and rim stuffed in there...dunno how I did though. But I have a full sized spare. =)

that thing saved my life when i got pulled over. i got searched and luckily the officer wasnt driving a camaro because he would have known to look there. ida been donefor.

Yeah I didnt know about this until i read it a few weeks ago. Good thing I did cause yesterday at about 7am going to work I was going about 90 cause I was late and got a flat tire going over the Missouri River. I didnt crash or anything but I knew where the spare was lol. What sucked was one of the nuts on the wheels had a lock or whatever on it. So I had tosmash that off.

I wasn't aware of that compartment either.So I go and check right, and lo-and-behold, I find a case of Red Dog beer, unopened.Drink by september 2003. No spare, though. Bummer.
