Haven't done it myself, but I'd say if you have the proper tools it should be pretty straight forward.

it's about a 2 hour install go to your nearest napa, oreileys, advances, or autozone and rent a spring compressor and take out the coilover attach the spring compressor compress the spring remove joints from absorber slide spring off, compress new spring put on and replace... just remember the bolts that hold your coilovers in place come with loctite on them and loctite will need to be reapplied... you'll be happy with the sportlines i had them on my 240sx

the springs themselves arent hard or anyhting to put in.. the rear will probably take less than half an hour.

but its always a good idea to get LCA relocation brackets and new shocks (a must) when you lower your car..

the front you need the spring compressor....

the rear all you do it jack the back up on stands, and then put a floor jack on the pumpki of the rearend and raise up to about what it would be like if its on the ground, un bolt the shocks let them drop (move them out the way) then lower the reareng then just reach over and twist the springs out if they dont just fall out.

loctite is like a super duper glue, and adhesiv...comes in like gel or putty i believe.
