Default how to remove

i wonder how to remove these so i can paint around and under them

im not finding anthing that says they are removable. got one more book to look at.

I'm pretty sure they are just glued on. I'll have a look when I get home and see if that's the only thing holding them

I tried Fing with it when the car was in the shop, 90% sure it wont come out without damaging it, maybe you can just clean it , brush, mask and spray paint.

there glued on the best way would be to let the car sit in the sun all day and take some fishing line and cut behind them with it (i dont guarantee they wont break)

There glued on! Use a blow dryer and then pull them off, don't bother putting them back on, I didn't!

I'll take one tomorrow, I'm 3 hours from home right now and we took the avalanche as more than one person needed to be comfortable on the way down lol, but I think it looks better, but its not super noticeable or anything but I painted the area so no more faded rubber, its the same material as the roof and just looks like a continuation of it just a tad bit lower, I really don't know what the point of the piece is to be honest
