Default How long will it keep going for? (104,000 miles)

I am looking at getting a 2000 Camaro with 104,000 miles on it. How long
do you think it will keep going for? (and how much should I be willing to pay?)

Thanks so much

I have a 3.8 and im at 184,xxx. If the car is in good condition, you will be well off with 104,000.

if properly maintained 200k is an easy mark. prices vary from place to place. i would say 2 to 10k depending on location and condition.

Thanks so much for the quick responses. He are the details he has given me on the car:

The current owner says it is "well taken care of", the only big thing he has had to fix was replacing the Catalytic converter. There currently is a Hose leak for the A/C. Miner door damage. Automatic. V6. Hopefully that will help you get me a price estimate. He has agreed to let my mechanic take a look at it before I purchase.

Thanks so much

Well my Mother's old 1988 LeSabre had a 3800 in it and that car put 250K on the meter before we pulled the engine out. It was still going strong and would have easily made 300 it not 400K before having any issues. We pulled the engine in favor of a L67 Supercharged 3800. My Sarah had 131K on an abused engine, and was still running when I pulled it.

I've got a 2000 with 112,000+ and still (seems like it) runs fine.
