So I think it will be alot easier to do the work I want to do to lift the body. I have searched but cant find much Is there a write up on lifting body? I think I read sometime ago that its 8 16mm bolts? Thanks guys anyone in southern Wis that wants to help im buying the beer!!!

Its 6 18mm bolts. Jack up the car and support with stands, than put the jack under the subframe, unbolt the 6 bolts (3 on either side) and lower the jack. You should be able to get the engine down about 8 inches. Also when your lifting the subframe back up make sure the steering shaft is still in place, if you let the subframe down enough it will pop out.

Support the car under the rockers where the pinch is that way if you have to get under the car you can also the subframe will come down farther than your jack with the wheels on the ground.

The bolts ars under the subframe, ill try to find a pic for you.

you gotta go through the hole where the x is with a 10 inch extension

6 bolts is all that holds the engine in? You take out those and the whole k member/engine will fall out the bottom?

ya pretty much, you gotta disconnect the struts, front brake lines, electrical, exhaust and the trans crossmember and the whole engine/trans/front suspension comes out.
