Default High RPM to shift

I've a 1997 camaro v6 3.8L, yesterday it doesn't start I try 2 or 3 times and then it started, I bougth some thing to clean the carbon on the IAC valve. so next they when i was driving the transmission doesn't shift until 4000 rpm from first to second, I thougt it was the transsmission oil so I went to autozone and bougth drexon III and went I try to start it doesn't again this time was the ignition switch, so I shange it, but now I still have the transmission problem, could it be the TPS? or other sensors? o i need to rebuild the transmission?

any help ??

sorry about my english
