I think I have after market head lights. I think they might be a Halo ones? Since none of the harness is hooked up I can not turn them on. Also I am missing one center cap. Any idea where I might find one? see below.

 

Yup, you have chrome housing angel halos. They're not hooked up? Do you want them hooked up? If you do, it's easiest to use quick connectors and tap into the parking light wires.

 

for the center cap, I'd say determine the exact make and model and start perusing the internet for one. Also, I don't think I've ever seen this car before. Is there another thread with more info about it?

 

The entire engine wiring harness is in a box in my garage. Headlights worked before the motor was pulled.

Anyone know anything about thise rims? ADR?

Those are the halo lights made by Anzo USA. I want the black ones like DR has on her Sofie.

Check out your front bumper cover and make sure that the styrofoam reinforcement is installed. It does not look like it from the first image, with the foam in place you should not get the sagging like you have.
