Stuff that needs to be removed before you start unbolting anything:
Starter
Alternator + accessory belt
Oil dipstick
EGR tube
AIR fittings
Plugs
Wires
Steering knuckle

Use lots of penetrating oil. You'll need header gaskets, clamps, red RTV... it would also be a good idea to drain/change the oil, plugs, and wires.

Do you plan on keeping the emissions equipment? It's more trouble than it's worth.

Doesn't sound like i will lol. What should i think about replacing while i have the exhaust system out? Like im thinking about getting a new starter / alternator.

the 02 sensors are known for failing after installing new headers. sooo run the old ones for a time and see how it goes. need to burn off whatever it is thats on the inside the headers. be prepared to replace them.

just changed the spark plugs... was a hassle to say the least. Ill probably do the motor mounts now that you mention it.

brand new 02 sensor already. supposedly. lol.
