Default has this happened to anyone before?

So unfortunately the other day I was at school and it started snowing and I got stuck driving my 2000 camaro ss back on the lovely slush/snow covered roads sliding all over the place. At a particular slight uphill my shifter started hopping up and down in the console. I'm assuming this is just wheel hop but I wanted to double check since it was alot of movement and I've never seen it before. Could I possibly have a loose transmission brace? who knows, thanks guys

IMO I would be checking the transmission mount. It is located towards the back of the transmission above the cross member.

Agreed, put a jack under the trans and slowly lift. If the mount separates its shot.

I'm just going ahead and replacing it I ordered a polyurethane transmission mount from ws6 store and once it comes in its going the car. Its time to do it cause i also realized whenever I give the car gas the shifter also shifts to the right. I'm at school but hopefully my friend has the tools to help me out and change it on our own. Thanks for all the input guys
