Default Has this Camaro been lifted?

So I am looking at this one, has C6 wheels installed. The owner says it looks lifted because of the wheels but I have seen 4th gen with C6 dont look like this. I like the wheels but it looks odd on the car

Not sure if it's lifted or just has super low profile tires with stock height suspension but it does look odd.

My car has Z06 "style" wheels in 18" by OE wheels brand with 275/35/18 front tires and 315/30/18 rear tires.
It's lowered 2" so I'd suspect with the same wheels and tires on stock suspension it might look lifted.

IMO it is not lifted. Below is my 2000 100% stock with 32,000 miles on it. I bought it from the original owner and added the wheels off another Camaro I had.

Stock ride height

Same rims on a older car with 1.5" drop springs
