I hooked mine to the PARKING lights. These are the small bulbs aft of the turn/running lights, and have only two wires going to them. Hooked there, your halos will not flash. They come on with the parking lights, and also on with the headlights.
I agree that these halos are a poor fit, a pain to install, and alignment is terrible. But they do look nice and its nice to see a clear lens again.....

 

Mine weren't too bad to install. the alignment is terrible but the guy that i bought them from has been in contact with the manufacture and supposably the manufacture is remaking them so that the alignment is corrected. But if I don't get some new ones within the month I'm going to get the refund!

 

Went thru the same thing with ace and another vender on Ebay. Poor fit is chronic. Duals I finally got fit decent but there are gaps. Strangers approach to compliment them, tho; almost got me a date in VA!
