hey i'm sure this has been asked many of times but whats the best gas to put in an ss i've always used chevron but that was in my important so yeah. i've used chevron in the car for the most part it works good, tried shell car seemed to eat though the gas, my friends told me to either us shell or 76 and they told me i have to use it for awhile. just thought i'd ask let me know. also i was told first thing i should do is flush the tranny, gears, and engine and replace it with royal purple anyone use that. thanx this is a 98ss by the way 6speed

99% of the gas in the US comes from the same refineries. Despite what the advertisers want you to think, brand does not matter.

true but some brands have additives or something cuz there is a difference oil comes from the same place true though

bullshiit... if anybody believes gas doesn't make a difference i will be glad to prove otherwise... when i switched to shell from discountzone i gained 60 more miles to the tank.. just by switching pumping stations and nothing more
