fuel line extensions

fuel line extensions
i need to know how to remove the fuel line extensions all 3, return, high pressure, and vent lines. i remove the rubber cap and they move a bit but i dont want to just rip them off and ruin something. can anyone give me instructions on the proper removal of these lines. thank you. the car is a 99 v6 camaro

Are you talking about the fuel lines under the hood or by the fuel tank? There is a special tool needed for the under the hood connectors.
