the fuel gauge on my 99 z28 is playing up, when i full tank it the gauge reads only 3/4 and goes down from there so i only get a max of 140 mile before the " check gauges" fuel light is on even though the tank is really still a 1/4 full. any ideas why it isnt reading correctly do i need a new sender unit or sensor ??
