I just recently bought a 1998 chevy camaro and im having problems with the front turning signals. When i turn on the right or left signal the front signals don't flash but they light up( dont flash ) when i turn my lights on for driving at night. Yes i have checked the flasher relay and bulbs i even replaced them but they still wont flash.The weird thing is the back signals flash (normal speed) and i get the flashing arrow on my dash (normal speed). Anyone know what is the cause of this?

 

dont know how both could be but bulbs may be installed wrong.
