Lift the car and you'll see a few 10mm or 12mm nuts that unscrew; after removing those you'll be able to remove the panels that protect the underbody/ front headlight area.

And wear safety glasses, there's a lot of graval/dust/dirt that is hiding up there, took forever to get the stuff out of my eyes.

HAHA i'm am so sorry you have to do that. I've done it before and it sucks having to do it. Also try changing the bulbs in your fog lights sometime. Just pray that you don't have screws holding it in....that's all i got to say.

You have to take off the front air dam and then you can remove the splash panels that cover the front accessories. It can be done without jacking up the car, but it's a tight squeeze.

Musicman, good call on the safety glasses, I made the mistake of not wearing any when I changed mine...that was interesting to say the least...[&o]

Oh, and I swapped out my corners without lifting the car, it can be done with it on the ground, but ramps are a good thought too. I think the bulb can be changed from the top, I can reach down there.

Would this be any different for a 98 Camaro?

Hmm, I think it can be done, I can the socket from up top. But I have long arms, maybe that's why, I dunno. It's not too much work to do it from the bottom, especially if you have an air ratchet like me.
