Default Front marker light install

New to forum and Camaro ownership.

Just bought a set of Halo lights and the kit included the front marker/blinkers. The headlights mounted easily and work fine. The markers seem to be WAY too big. The opening in the bumper cover is roughly 2" but the replacement lights are tapered from about 3 1/2" down to maybe 2". Seller of the lights says they are right, I say they can't be. Am I missing something? Are all 4th gen marker lights the same regardless of model: base, RS, Z28 etc?

Any help appreciated.

Default lights

Yeah, just installed a new bumper cover and am not interested in trying to "adjust" it to fit the lights.

They fit. Well they should at least. They look huge, like only half of the actual light shows through. But you can't installed them from the outside, you have to take the headlights out, install the parking lights from inside, then put the headlights back in. There's only like a screw or two holding them in. They sit on a little bracket.

So that oversized light actually will work in there? Somewhat setback from where the original is?

they fit fine but it is a pain to get them on with the nose on... just unbolt the nose... its a whole lot easier, youll just need one other person to help aline it back on
