Founders LCA's, misc rear end stuff, stretch wheelbase
So after trying to carry 3 passengers and highway speeds and "oh #$%@" I'm shredding my new rubber I ordered and got the stuff in to stuff the 305/35/19's in some more out back. (anyone need some billet spacers? lol) I ordered SLP billet jounce pads, from Strano the Jeep Energy poly rear bumpstops, Founders Performance adjustable lower control arms and adjustable panhard bar. Pretty easy install although no instructions, very intuitive. I'm experimenting with adjusting the LCA length and position, initially I set it low and very close to stock length. I also centered my axle side to side as it was about 3/4" to the drivers side.
My car already had the aluminum spacers although the bumpstops from the factory were long gone.
Energy Bumpstops much better!
Axle side on the Panhard. This really works well for me since the clearance is so tight running these tires.
alongside the AAM diff cover:
Panhard clearance from passenger side:
Drivers side relocation bracket for lower control arm:
Drivers lower control arm made lot's of room for tires
View of passenger relocation bracket:
and to the body:
initial clearance with NO wheel spacers:
really happy with this now!
couple daylight shots. What do you all think of the axle moved back? Seems fine twisting it up a bit, probably good to stiffen up frame next...
Will go test her out see how it works and install my rag joint eliminator in a few days.

Energy poly (plastic) bumpstops are going to be a rough transition vs. stock foam rubber.
If you're not lowered, you don't need an adj. PHB nor adj. LCAs. Might want to buzz Strano...
For oversized wheels, have you considered rolling your fenders? Why such a large wheel anyhow?

the adjustable stuff allowed me to fit these tires w/o the BFH, least yet, but the jury is out still.
I had the original SS/ZR1 style and for me I thought they just looked to small. I'm pretty pleased with the 19/18 combo, they hook up great and work aesthetically although I might want to drop the front just a tad.

Ya sure you're ready for rod ends? If it's a DD, you're in for some 'fun times' on rough roads? OEM bumpstops are still available, if ya search a bit more, like Hawks Third Gen Parts
If I recall correctly, you may have a problem with your speedo calibration with the mismatched wheels, ABS, and or ASR (if you have it)...

Lots of 3-1 and WD-40 and replacing as needed. Not really so much the ride as the noise and maintenance IMO. I have a 30 minute mostly curvy smooth mountain drive daily, if the weathers rough, she stays at home.
It is kinda nice to see that the OEM's are still out there albeit 5x more in price than the poly versions. I really think it's gonna be rare that I'm hitting them anyway so I'm ok, I appreciate the advice for sure tho'!
Word on the wheel diameter, I bumped up to the 285/40/18 and it's pretty darn close in OD, least no ABS or CEL's in a couple hundred. I'd like to know the variance that does trigger the system though for future reference.

I will likely need to track down some jam nuts as the rattles are a bit annoying! Lol
I wrapped teflon tape on all the threads and helps tremendously but won't last I know. I love having the adjustability though for sure. The relocation brackets are the beans too. Each hard second gear shifts plant the rear end and shoot the car smoothly forward where before you could feel the hop and bark of rubber. Feels more planted on high speeds curves too. I broke out the BFH last night; price for the 305's to fit cleanly. Set the axle centered, just looks better.
