ive bought 7 of my 11 cars ive owned on craigslist, over looked crap on one, other than that its been good =]

Oh and the price on that gto seems wayyy too low. Makes me wonder if it has been in an accident or something like that

which simply means they did an insurance claim for repair, so say a fender bender, new bumper and paint, but whoop no biggie to me

Exactly, nothing major happened to that beautiful car, but the ad also says that all vehicles are sold as-is. That definitely makes me lift an eyebrow.

all used vehicles are sold as is hahah, my ta has 48k actual miles and is only 9 years old with a perfect car fax, yet it was sold, AS IS

Still I've learned that "as-is" just means that dealer will not stand by that sale if something goes bad with the car and you want to bring it back. It also protects the dealer from a lawsuit if you try to sue them for selling you a bad vehicle.
