I want to drag it once, twice every 3 months. But it'll be my dd also. That's why my goals aren't very high. My dad wants to haves drag car again. Hell, I'll even get a low 12 sec car. Thats why I want a low miles engine.

If I could get it for 8,500, if it runs well, I'll have my uncle go through it, etc.. Would that be fair?

The price is too high for a high mileage sixer. I would just keep the LT1 you already have if I was you.

You would be close to me... I am light Pewter Metallic. That is not bad for that car there but he is asking dealer prices for a 3.8L Non T-top car. It is a 3.8 acording to the VIN. (Engine code K = 3.8L) For that car I would offer him 4K and see what he says. I love my 6'er and would not trade her in for anything. The Z28 is a fun car too but my little 3.8 will stay my dd for a long time to come.

$8,500 would be a good price for that Camaro, but I doubt that its daily drivable.

Well if I remember correctly, that Camaro had a pretty big camshaft. I can't look it up though because its been removed.
