Had to clean up your post a little (in bold), try to watch the language.
I understand your frustration. Many of us with older cars have been through the same kind of crap. So don't shoot yourself, there's no future in that!
Find your horn under the hood and unplug it. Since fiddling with the horn button can make it stop, you likely have a short in there. It's not the end of the world.

i cant find it, sounds like its coming from under the car, im not a mechanic so dont have equipment to lift car nor do i know much about it is there a fuse or something for the horn i can pull out? i found a fuse box under the hood that has abs and ac and stuff, but dont see nothing for horn.
pls can someone tell me what horn looks like I got to go to work but I cant turn car on cuz horns blasting away. I looked everywhere and there is no horn, theres a silver thing that looks like a horn but it says coolant refrigerant or something.

I am at work and do not have access to manuals, I think the horns are under the front bumper to access them you would have to remove the bottom front cover. There is a fuse box under the hood. If you remove the cover off the box there should be a diagram. I think both the horn fuse and relay are in that box. Pulling either one of those should stop it. Assuming no one messed with the wiringing.
