On my end the place wasnt a chain establishment like discount tires etc.
It was a small garage 2 people working there. I should have looked at passenger side when i picked car up but didnt. Any time in the future i will for sure.

I guess they are saying they did not do it? Of course they are liable for anything they do but you have no proof. A good garage would except the fact there was a good chance it happend on their lift if you picked up the car 24 hours ago and it looked like lift damage.

I had a moron cross thread a center cap lock so bad he ruid the Key. He tried to say the key was like that when he got it. He's problem was he was putting together the last bolt. A bolt he took off with the same key. Lucky for me there was NO way he could get back together and hide the damage. They paid me $150 for the rim and key. I heil coiled the rim and regound the key, cost me a $1.50 and about any hour.

Won't take long, just a hassle you shouldn't have to deal with. Gonna be tough to prove the shop did it, even though you know they did.
Thanks for the advice again, Today i took the 2 bolts loose and took a rigged pair of vise grips with long flat metal at ends and clamped the metal part that was bent straight and then bent it back towards motor so fender would line up correct. Its not perfect but you cant notice when looking at it.

Good deal, and you're welcome. Depending on how badly it's tweaked, you can sometimes get away with just bending both together without unbolting the fender. Unbolting the fender is safer, if you had cracked it you would have blamed me!
